I wanted to add a splash of color to my living room, and a throw blanket seemed like a great way to do it because I am often cold while sitting on the couch. I didn’t want to order one of the very popular throw blankets that is super fussy because I don’t think it looks as appropriate for a more public space like a living room (I love a super fuzzy blanket for the bedroom, just not for the couch) and this is the perfect blanket for the job. It helps pull the room together because my curtains have a similar shade of pink in them, and it’s a comfortable blanket without being bedroom level comfortable. Very happy with the purchase!The paint colors in my house are very neutral. I like to add pops of color with rugs, pillows etc. I bought a multi colored colored tug for my living room. I draped this fuscia colored throw over my sofa. It complimented the rug so nice. This throw is not huge, just the perfect size and well made.This blanket is awesome! The fabric is really high quality cotton. I have purchased one in grey, and two in coffee which is beautiful. The are durable and worth every penny.Great textureI bought this for my sister .Very pretty color but a bit cheap material .The (gray) color is very good, the knit design is good, but I wish they were bulkier. It does not add that much "presence" to the beds as I had hoped; pretty flat. The cotton material was a factor in selecting this one --I looked at so many-- and so that's why I selected these for our twin beds. The package comes compressed, so maybe I should try fluffing them up in the drier to see if that helps.love it's lightweight. I have to to tell you this is my 4th purchase. These blankets are very lightweight so you don't sweat in the summer and very warm in the winter. Wash and dry great to. They don't pill. Which is a huge plus. And keep shape wash after wash. I will be buying more for Christmas. Great product.I use it for the chair in my living room where I sit to watch TV at night and it provides a nice lightweight lap blanket for chilly evenings. Sometimes I have used it on my bed when it is too warm for a regular blanket but not warm enough for just a sheet and it does the trick. I love it and am thinking of buying another.This is fine as a light summer blanket, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, if you want to use it as a blanket rather than a throw, and if you like to tuck your blankets in at the sides, this is not really wide enough for a standard 4ft 6in double bed, though it is long enough. That doesn't bother me as I don't want a blanket tucked in. The woven knit in this blanket means it can be stretched this way and that, so there is some give in it. Overall, very pleased.Bought this gorgeous blanket as a snuggle blanket and stylish throw to grace my beautiful new sofa. I’m absolutely delighted with it. It’s a lovely weight, being cotton it’s weight makes it drape marvellously wrapping you in such comfort . I wish I’d bought another, perhaps the next size down too. Just lovely - highly recommended.My son's blanket that he had from birth had sadly come to the end of it's life after 6 years and we needed a replacement as he sleeps with it every night. He wanted something similar to the old one - knitted, soft, lightweight - and chose blue. This arrived yesterday and he loves it, it's so soft and warm but lightweight, with a bit of stretch to it. I'm actually looking at buying a couple more in different colours for winter evenings thanks to the hideous fuel prices, and can highly recommend this one.I am using my new blanket as a bright, light but substantial cover .on my bed, now that the duvet has seen stored away for the warmer weather. I ordered it just a bit too small for my Queen sized bed, so will order another, larger sized one. There's a wide range of colours, and I love my shade of dark lime green, with the edges looking like the cuffs of a jumper.The colour is a lovely shade of yellow, sunny and bright not a mustard colour as many seem to be. Knitted an the correct size for our super king bed. Quite stretchy but manageable. So happy with this product. Would consider again if redecorating.
