These are the best blankets. I love them so much that I have various colors and sizes throughout the house. The fabric feels premium compared to other fleece-like blankets we have and these hold up much better too. The oldest blanket we have has been washed probably 50 times and is still smooth and soft, without any pulling or color change. I WAS concerned when some said it was NOT plum, as while I get some like REALLY vivid purple, doesn't really go with my bedroom.PROS:FIRST, PACKAGING - I read a review where someone mentioned it came in such a small package they sent back because obviously not thick enough. Well, I loved the packaging. Comes in a zippered case and within that case, my full/queen was VACUUM sealed, so that's why it didn't take up much space.THICKNESS - IT IS a lightweight blanket, but that's EXACTLY what I wanted for summer and fall.SOFTNESS - OMG, feels like a fluffy bunny.WASHING/DRYING - JUST washed it (on gentle, did a second rinse with extra liquid softener) and dried on low. Dried quickly and came out beautifully. There was almost NO lint in the lint trap.COLOR/SHEEN/SLICKNESS - It is a TOUCH more vibrant because of the sheen than the pic, but PERFECT. For me, DEFINITELY plum, just shiny. Looks expensive.For those who say it's slippery, I just tuck in the bottom, no prob with it falling off the bed.SIZE - I WAS WORRIED this would be too large for my FULL bed. I do not think this is 90 X 90 as it fits like my 86 X 86 comforter. I DO have a 14 inch mattress, no box springs, but a high platform bed. THIS DOES NOT hang down far at all. At the bottom, the ends can hang down, but I tuck the bottom in.NO REAL CONS, BUT the one concern I have is I have a cat that jumps on my bed. I read a review it can snag. And it is microplush and shiny and lightweight, but we shall see.Right NOW, no cons, but WILL UPDATE if ANYTHING CHANGES. I just got it, washed it and put on bed and so far, THRILLED.BOTTOMLINE: BETTER than I thought it would be. And it was on sale.this is the softest blanket i’ve ever owned it is so amazing. it’s so big and the color was perfect as well. there were a few loose strings but not enough to take a star awayVery little lint after washing and drying. Pretty blue mist color. A few inches shorter than the ones currently on the beds, but think they will suffice. Would buy again.I do like the blanket it's very soft and the color is rich. I know the description says lightweight and warm but it's really too thin for warmth. It'll be fine for the summertime, but you'll need something added (or a thicker blanket all together) for warmth in the winter. All in all it's very nice.Love this blanket. This is the third one I have bought. Two full/queen size for beds that we have had for awhile and still so soft and warm. Had to break down and by a throw size for the couch! They have a smell but it does come out.Super soft.Really love this blanket and looking at ordering a king size next. Very soft, light weight and oversized! The color was very warm and snuggly!The blanket is a good size and very soft BUT, it is quite thin so doesn't provide much warmth. I ordered a white blanket and it arrived with small black marks on it. Rather than go through the hassle of returning it, I am now washing it according to the washing instructions. Hoping it will make it through the cold wash and cool drying cycle. I will update later, but at this point, I would say, it's not worth the price I paid. I would be more satisfied if I paid half!Update: It actually washed up beautifully! The black marks are gone and it fluffed up feeling much thicker now. It was vacuum packed when it arrived so probably flattened the fibres which washing and drying looked after. I still,feel it was on the expensive side but am changing my rating to a 4.Looking for a lightweight blanket that was soft had large enough dimensions to go over queen size bed and you tuck in. Bought 2 white and one beige for our rental house. Going to go back and buy two more for our new house. I would highly recommend them wash them and they came out perfect.GoodThe blanket is medium weight and washes/dries very well. Haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how warm it will be. The color however, is WAY different than what's pictured...and no, it's not my computer screen because it looks like same on three different devices. I order the turquoise but received a seafoam green color that is more of a pastel. Had I received the "bright turquoise" color that I ordered, my rating would have been 5 stars. Don't appreciate being mislead. Fix your ad.Bought this blanket for my 100 year old mother in a retirement home whose beloved older woolen blankets were not long enough to stay tucked in on the newer mattresses. Her concern was her warmth as well. I worried, as did my mother, it was not going to be warm enough but was informed that it IS. Thus it seems a good warm substitute, far cheaper than pure wool, easy to clean, and it stays tucked in at the bottom and long enough to cover her shoulders in the night!! Could not be more relieved! Clearly a most fortunate purchase! And of course it IS very soft and cozy to the touch!Color Accuracy & Vibrancy 5/5The plum color is perfect! Really a deep shade of purple, which looks amazing in very bright light. In darker light rooms the purple won't come out as much, but it still looks great.Having Marine Blue, Light Blue or hot Pink pillows or smaller throw blanket sitting on top of this looks really great!Comfort & Softness 5/5If you are tired and lay down on this thing. Be prepared to engage in an unwilling nap!Washing & Maintenance 5/5Super easy to wash, some heavier blankets might give your washing machine a bit of a challenge (As they get super heavy when wet) but this one is totally manageable!Durability 4/5If you have pets that like to kneed, might want to keep them away from this blanket though. My cat did kneed a little bit when she discovered the knew sofa blanket. And she managed to nick a strand of the weave. But it still is holding it's ground! But I keep a smaller blanket that I throw on the sofa when she comes purring around the corner. The blanket looks so good I want to keep it that way!ConclusionFor the price it seems like a really great deal. If I ever want to switch up the blanket for my bed I might just consider these blankets!PS: I'll edit this review a few months down the line to see if durability, and color kept up.
