I ordered this fur throw because I was having trouble finding a fur to trim a new Santa suit I made for a 2T size doll for mother in law has had for 50 years. However, when I got it there was no way that I was going to cut this up. I love, love, love this throw! It is so beautiful & soft! The larger size makes it all the better. I thought about ordering another for myself, one for downstairs and one for up but, I decided I would order one for my mom and one for my brother and his family for Christmas instead. I love that it is the same on both sides. I love how silky soft it is. It is not a super heavy blanket, but not skimpy by any means. It looks beautiful on my couch, I use it every night and mornings on the weekends. I will order another and hope when I'm ready to do so they still have them available. I haven't tried to clean it yet, but I would probably go with the dry cleaning that's recommended even though it will probably cost more than the throw itself.
