The sheets don’t stay on my couch well, they keep falling off so I had to use the pins which I didn’t want to because it just puts more holes in my couch. However the pins do look nice instead of the cheap looking metal one’s. The protector screens don’t match my couch so they do stand out and make my couch looks cheaper but I guess that’s better than having a scratched up couch. As you can see in one of the pictures, the cats tried to chew up the screen already?Works beautifully! My cats now ignore the corners of the sofa. Will be buying more for any new furniture, and prevent a bad sharpening habit even starting.The resident cat refuses to understand the difference between Mom's furniture and his scratching posts. The usual reaction under such circumstances is to jump on line and read a lot of reviews and finally make what one hopes is a good decision regarding a helpful purchase. Well, in this case it worked. There was no problem separating the protective cover off one of these sheets and sticking the full sheet on the resident-cat-preferred side of the recliner. Imagine his surprise when he wandered over to check out what Mom did only to have his nails slide off. To date he has avoided his previous preferred scratching place.Problem solved? Nope. Not so quick. He then decided the back of Mom's typing chair would be a great scratching post. Another sheet of the Conlun furniture protector to save that chair and another success. I do recommend testing this first but in desperation this fortunately worked out for me. I won't need to remove it so can't speak to whether or not that works. Sticking does work because they are firmly there a handful of weeks later. Meanwhile, I have four sheets left in case he finds another inappropriate "scratching post" while both of his (including a six-foot tray tree) just sit. And sit. He's still adorable and cute so this is just life with another living being made easier in this case thanks to Conlun for this helpful product.I put on my leather sofa to protect it and it works, did not stick as well. But it still works.This works like a charm. It was easy to install; adhesion is good and the tacks make it extra sturdy. My cat can't scratch in that area now but has now moved lower, so I'll have to apply a bottom layer as well. Will buy again and recommend to cat owners.I'll come back with a better review, as of right now I will put a 5 star review, we've only had them up for a few days. They're holding up so far, hubby said they were easy to put on. We still have a couple more to put on, but so far so good. I can't put the review for easy removal bc we haven't removed them. I'm going to wait a few weeks and see how they hold up and come back with an update.My cat was easily able to remove the twist pins, not quite cat proof unless you put super glue on the pins or somethingThese fabric protectors are a good size, easy to place, and the furniture screws hold them in place. We have a kitty with razor sharp claws and are trying to train her to leave the new furniture alone. These plastic guards are perfect!
