I purchased this futon for my college-age daughter, who wanted a more "grown-up" room. This futon arrived within days of being ordered, was easy to assemble, and the gray is much prettier in person than the online image. My daughter has two complaints. One, the futon does not convert into a full-size bed. At most, it's a Twin XL. Two, it's uncomfortable to sleep on. I had to buy her two mattress foams to make the futon a comfortable place to sleep.About as comfortable and sturdy as a futon can be. Frustrated though that I ordered navy blue, they sent me a gray one. My husband set it up before I had seen it. Too much of a hassle to return/exchange now.I love this couch/sleeper sofa. It looks better than the picture and the color is a lighter royal blue. The velvet looks expensive and is well made. The problem I had is that it is very heavy. I needed help getting it into my home and putting it together. It only needs four legs screwed on to it. The metal frame is very sturdy and should last for years.We got this little sofa ? for my our studio-work room, we use it to chill, watch tb and for guests to sleep , is not as comfortable as a bed but seems comfortable enough for guests that like a place to crash in SF. ? I really like how it looks, is super hard to get an aesthetic sofa bed !The only thing is that I came unlabeled ( probably the label got lost in transition) I just assumed it was mine ♥️This is a very decent little piece of furniture. My husband and I were able to put it together with minimal stress. It looks nice and seems well built. It's kind of firm (actually, a lot firm), so I also have a memory foam topper to bring out of the closet when someone needs to sleep on it. I would say its rather small for two people unless they are both very small.I'm not at all impressed with this sofa. I purchased this as furniture for my office but also to sleep on if nights got late and I was too tired to drive the almost hr drive back to my apt. Firstly, I didn't like the dormitory grey foot stands. It makes the sofa look institutional and no matter how much pink you slap on it, it looks mismatched with the color pink. The lack of choice in frame colors is a disappointment because black looks much better than dull grey. Secondly, there are no support when it reclines to a bed for one side of the bed so much so that you will fall off if you don't put some kind of support underneath it. Thirdly, the buttons embedded into the sitting cushion are uncomfortable under your back while lying down and they are not well attached and seemed easy to come off. I would not recommend buying this if you plan on sitting or sleeping on this for a lengthy period.I think everything is amazing except for when It comes to laying down you have to choose a side since the bar in the middle from where the futon folds is noticeable once you lay down.It's adorable ! Easy to put together, feels firm comfortable and the most important part, IT FIT THROUGH MY NARROW DOORWAY! It's perfect for a 1st apartment or small room. I love it. But if you get it in Georgia it does come from Florida so it takes a while to be delivered but they give you 3 days heads up and a call more than 30 minitues before delivery.
