I was searching for futons that had a nice look to them, and some were ranging to $500! I found this one for under $200 and I love it! It looks amazing and expensive. The material is excellent and it’s fine threaded stitching so it’s not going to tear too easy. I love the indent accents they look super pretty. It has a slight bounce cushioning to it when you sit, but overall is a little stern. I would recommend!Okay so I ordered cream and this is a white futon. The product was easy to put together but it’s not the most comfortable.It's nice I'm giving four cause they sent the wrong colorChrome legs, the big round ones, especially in the back when delivered were already a road in a little bit at the top, so will only get worse in time middle leg support with the round screw thing that will allow to adjust to level was bent in the middle, so unable to level , white platter was nice not cheap, looking per se, but wrinkled that did not come out within a few days. Also marked in some spots just a few with some type of brown marking. Did not try to take it out because I am returning. Also the adjustments for leaning back aren’t comfortable. They are set an awkward spacing, and I guess like any type of convenient bed whether it be a sofa bed or what not there’s an uncomfortable bar or hard or not in the mirror that makes it difficult to sleep on working with bender now, so jury is still out how difficult it will be to return it says nothing about returns or what not so I will keep you posted. I would include pictures, but Amazon asked for some type of silly Permission and some other type of rigmarole, which I am not willing to do since I had another third-party vendor hacked my personal email and had to switch all my contact information including purchase of new phone Amazon did nothing. Even after I contacted Amazon vendor continue to harass recommended getting supper email for Amazon to avoid. I know it’s irrelevant here but trying to get the word out.Leans to far back and one side of seat sinks a little beatWhen reading reviews, it was evenly split. Half loved it & half hated it. It arrived in a box badly beaten. Not a good start, right? Soon as I opened it, I was pleased. Quality despite the lower price. If you can press the button on a drill? You’ll be just fine! This took seconds to assemble. Looks & feels amazing. There is no better one for the money. I’ve waited a good long while before writing a review to ensure all stayed golden. It has. Takes a beating from kiddos & still, no problems. The negative reviews had to of been from either a rare one with a defect or most likely folks wanting & expecting the very best of the best for very little cost. No hesitation, it’s well recommendedI love this little futon sofa, the color is beautiful. It matches really well with my decorations. I purchased this for my husbands studio/office and it fits nicely; it’s small and when you open this it’s a nice size bed for one person only, small person. Not for big people or too heavy men. My husband is big and heavy, we purchased an extra foam mattress 2” to put in tip and it’s still not enough: he said it’s still too hard to sleep for a whole week there, it’s good for a couple of nights only. We will get probably a thicker topper mattress and try with that. Other than that, it’s nice , I recommend it... it’s not easy to assembly and you won’t do it fast. It takes time, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It’s not heavy to carry and move around. I hope this helps you make a decision if you are thinking to buy this futon.Easy to assemble. Looks nice. Good value
